A garden swimming pool in Lagoon Spa Seminyak is a free shaped swimming pool for you to use with minimal one hour treatment.
Lobby Jacuzzi
This Jacuzzi located by our lobby and Spa room. After one hour treatment, you can dip and refresh your body here.

Yes, if you booked at least 2 hour treatment duration.

No, Our free transport is only for drop off or pick up only.

No, Our transport service is only available within Seminyak, Kuta, Sanur and Nusa Dua area.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy is required when you have payment deposit. The requirements are :
- A 50 % cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellation received within 3 days before the treatment.
- A 100 % cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellation received on the same of the treatment or in case of NO SHOW.

What if I arrive late to my appointment?

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening the effectiveness and your pleasure. You will still be charged the full fee for the appointment.

Deposit payment is required to secured your booking.

When will I have to pay deposit payment?

When you booked treatment with more than 3 hours duration or more than 2 treatments at least during 24 hour before your treatment date.

Can I pay deposit payment if my treatment is less than 3 hours or less than 2 treatments and I booked my treatment at least during 24 hour before my treatment date?

You will get form to fill before the treatment. Our therapist will check your form. Based on your information, you will be informed if the treatments are safe or not recommended.
